Eltana bagels are unique — each hand-rolled bagel has a hole and a soul. Our distinct wood-fired style bagels are hand-rolled using Shepherds' Grain flour and other high quality ingredients. Next, we boil them in honey water, seed them on both sides, and finally bake them in our 10,000 pound wood-seasoned oven.

I bought a bunch of bagels and brought them home, along with a tub of lox spread. Wowowow the lox spread was SO good! I also didn’t know what to expect from the rainbow bagel but it was lightly sweet, soft, and delicious. The other bagels were also pretty flavorful, especially the garlic/onion one. Would recommend!

Nice, bagel shop with tall ceilings, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Bagels were great, so were the sandwiches and the salads. No line of people looking for the best bagel, just good unpretentious bagels. Visitors were impressed.

Yummy and fresh bagels, not too big. Rotating spread also good (this one lemon and dill). Great atmosphere, and place to step in from the Seattle rain.

An old favorite and remains one. Love the Montreal-style personally, the smaller denser bagels with robust flavor and good balance of toppings.
